Prices vary depending on the model, but are usually in the $4,000-$6,000 range.

What do I need to run a mulching attachment?

We recommend the John Deere 333G compact track loader with the severe-duty door and high-flow hydraulics. The forestry package is also recommended as a dealer-installed option for your safety.

Are these units keyless? How do I prevent theft?

Most units are keyless. Keyless-start units may be programmed with a three-to-five-digit owner code (plus multiple operator codes) to prevent theft. The owner code and/or operator codes can be changed by the owner at any time. The owner has the option to choose “Prompt for Lock,”, “Auto Lock – 5 minutes” or “Auto Lock – 60 minutes.” The owner can also disable the anti-theft feature at any time.
