Recommended for properties up to 5 acres, John Deere's 1 Series features two of our most affordable and widely-loved tractors, the 1023E and 1025R. All of John Deere's compact tractors offer several different means of mowing. One of the fastest, most user-friendly options is the Drive Over AutoConnect™ Mid-Mount mower deck. You can attach this one by yourself in only a few minutes, transforming your tractor into a riding lawn mower.
Never underestimate the simplicity and power of a front loader. Our most popular implement by far, the loader can be used in hauling, carrying, basic digging and leveling, and much more. The versatility of this implement gives it a value much higher than its price tag.
We recommend the 2 Series for lawns from 5-10 acres, or a smaller property in need of some heavier lifting. With 31.1 horsepower, the John Deere 2032R stands out as a highlight in this series. With a wheelbase ranging from 63 to 67 inches, the 2 Series still features a high level of maneuverability despite its step up in power.
The larger wheelbase on the 2 Series allows compatibility with larger mower decks like the AutoConnect™ 72D. Additionally, its higher horsepower boasts a heavier lift capacity - haul up to 1,356 lbs. in your loader.
A compact tractor is perfect for homeowners with a large garden. Attach a rotary tiller to turn your soil in no time, and follow that up with a Frontier spreader to evenly distribute seed or fertilizer.
Ranging from 24.4 to 41.6 horsepower, the 3 Series is great for many property sizes. Generally, we recommend it for properties up to 20 acres. The increased horsepower makes the 3 Series ideal for heavy loading jobs, as well as digging, bush hogging, tilling and more.
