That is why we have introduced Shoppa’s Connect, a website that customers can use for a wide variety of tasks. These can be very beneficial to you. Here are our 6 reasons why you should give Shoppa’s Connect a try!

Shop for parts from anywhere– Realize you need a part but can’t get to the store, or is it after hours? Order your parts through Shoppa’s Connect and have it delivered, or you can pick it up at the store. It is that easy. Let us show you how!
Manage your equipment list – Do you own several pieces of equipment from Shoppa’s? You can access the equipment that is linked it to your account in your Shoppa’s file. This is beneficial when searching for a specific part for a piece of equipment, or if you need to request service.
Link parts to your equipment list – Once your equipment list is linked to your Shoppa’s Connect account, you can link the parts to the equipment. When you need an oil filter for your 5055E, just look up your 5055E and click on the oil filter.
Send service requests – There is going to come a time when the service department needs to save the day. You can send a service request right through the app!
Look up all your Shoppa’s invoices – Lost your original copy of an invoice? No problem! You can pull all your invoices from Shoppa’s right on the app under the My Invoices tab.
View our used equipment inventory – Maybe it is time to look for a used piece of equipment. Search our wide selection of used inventory and find the right piece of used equipment for you.
