As the Transportation and Small Ag Set Up Manager, Ralph is in charge of making sure all small ag equipment is ready for sale, all 8 locations are fully stocked, and that all sold equipment is delivered. Ralph has 15+ years of experience working with Shoppa’s, and some remember him as the Store Manager for our Bay City store before moving to Victoria. When he is not the “make it happen” guy, Ralph loves to spend time with family and work on the farm. He is a die-hard Texas Aggie fan, loves Crown Royal, poppy seed kolaches, and Minions. But not necessarily in that order.
